Shipping Options & Delivery Times
United States & European Union
- United States: 7-14 business days
- European Union: 7-10 business days
These times start from when your order ships, not from when you place it — see "Order Processing" below.
Other International Destinations
Typically 5-14 business days, depending on the destination.
Hong Kong & Macau
For orders to Hong Kong and Macau, we use SF Express.
- Delivery Time: 7-10 business days once shipped.
- Shipping Cost: Free on orders over HKD$600.
Order Processing & Packaging
- Made to order: We hand-pour and pack each order after you place it. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships.
- Protective packaging: Every order ships in reinforced, drop-tested packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping over US$65 for US & international orders. Orders under US$65 ship for a flat US$8.
